Getting Started:
Welcome to the Healthy Home Ec course!
Look through pages 6-18 in the textbook to get a general overview.
Also make sure your instructor reads the instructor page (page 8) in the textbook.
Gather all of your supplies and ingredients before beginning
from the shopping list for that week's lessons.
You will also want to familiarize yourself with your kitchen, where things are located,
and how things work (like your grain mill, oven, blender, etc.)
Enjoy this year of learning and growing in God's love and wisdom.
