Week 1 - Day 4


*Living bodies need ???  ??? to stay alive?  What percent of our food should this be?   
Find the answer to these questions in the Healthy Home Ec book on page 21.

Welcome back, friend.  Today we'll be making mini-pizzas.  What is fun about these is that everyone can make their own using the exact ingredients they want.  The more fresh vegetables you use, the healthier the pizza will be.  Today's lesson beginning on page 27 will explain the procedure.

 Each person can make their own pizza just the way they like it.




Read why shredding your own cheese is a better choice than purchasing pre-shredded. You can use an electric food processor or a manual shredder.






Follow the baking directions in the Healthy Home Ec book.


I added some feta cheese and preservative-free black olives to this one.
