Week 16 - Day 4

*Blessed are those who mourn,
for they shall be comforted."
Mt. 5:4

We discussed in this lesson the joys and sorrows that one will experience in this life,
and how we can be the hands and feet of Christ in action
to help those in need of comfort.
Perhaps today's dish can be shared with someone you know that's in need of comfort.

Let's start today by setting out your ingredients and supplies.

Fry the ground beef.

Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
Drain thoroughly once cooked.

Dice the onion and green pepper
and add to the drained, cooked pasta.

Add the cooked ground beef.

Mix together the milk, egg, and freshly grated parmesan cheese...

and add to the pasta.

Stir in the pizza sauce.

Mix together.

Transfer to a baking dish.

Shred the mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the pasta mixture.

Bake as directed in the Healthy Home Ec book.

The cheese should be melted and golden brown.

 Cut into squares and serve.

See you in the next lesson!
Great job today!
