Week 18 - Day 3

*Review past lessons to find the health benefits of today's ingredients.

Today is our last cooking lesson together.
We have covered a lot!
Take time tonight to review again all the things you've learned.
Reviewing dinner discussion questions and day 1's lesson of this week
will be a helpful review for your exam tomorrow.
Keep what you've learned in your memory
and continue to apply it throughout your lifetime.
It's been great working together this semester.

Gather today's ingredients and supplies for your last cooking lesson.
(Not all ingredients are shown below.)


Cook the chicken.


Make the filling.


Make the yogurt sauce.
Blend until smooth and creamy.


Add the cooked chicken to the filling mixture.


Fill the flat bread with the toppings.




Top with yogurt sauce.


Fold and serve.






You can also grill this sandwich once it's made
using a skillet, indoor grill (like a George Foreman), or a panini press.


You can use a variety of different wraps.
These are spinach wraps.
These are gluten free.



I pray that you will continue to grow in God's Word,
in His truth,
